Comfort Hotel Arctic is the city hotel where you can have a meeting or conference efficiently and comfortably in peace and quiet. It’s just ten minutes to Luleå Airport from the front door, and just 50 metres to the Central Station, and 0 minutes to Luleå city centre!
Our conference room is fully equipped for up to 35 people and we also have two smaller rooms for meetings, along with free Wi-Fi everywhere throughout the hotel.
Newly renovated conference room
The conference room is located at the top of the hotel and has been newly renovated and freshly painted. The relaxation and sauna area are adjacent to the conference area. We offer lunch, dinner, coffee and drinks at any time, according to your needs.
Prices:
- All day: 2 000 SEK ex. VAT, 2 500 SEK incl. VAT
- Half-day: 1 562 SEK ex. VAT, 1 250 SEK incl. VAT
- Rent per hour: 400 SEK ex. VAT, 500 SEK incl. VAT
